Art therapy is a form of expressive therapy that uses the creative process of making art to improve a person’s physical, mental, and emotional well-being. The creative process also helps people to develop and manage their behaviors and feelings, reduce stress, and improve self-esteem and awareness. Each month there will be a different focus.
This class will run concurrent with the Caregiver Support Group on select Saturdays.
$10 per class (sliding scale available)
Space is limited.
