Open to survivors, families and caregivers. Mindfulness meditation, or the practice of mentally focusing on being in the present moment, is proven to be beneficial for individuals whose life has been affected by brain injury. Taught by qualified yoga instructors from The Stress Management Center of Marin.
Offered as a monthly series, each week’s class will have a theme designed to help participants:
– Become more at peace with self and life changes
– Reduce the symptoms of depression and stress
– Connect anew to self and others
Monthly commitment required

$10 per class, sliding scale and scholarships available
