Board of Directors & Advisory Board

Schurig Center’s dedicated Board of Directors and Advisory Board are comprised of community leaders with expertise in a wide variety of fields, including medicine and healthcare, finance, government, public service, and education. Survivors and caregivers are also represented on our leadership team.

Our Board of Directors ensures our programs are well-managed and consistent with our mission and values. It also provides oversight for Schurig Center’s strategic direction and financial success. Directors meet six times each year for general business meetings. Board committees convene more frequently throughout the year to conduct business on important issues. All of our directors serve as volunteers without compensation.
