Post-acute services for brain injured individuals and their caregivers to make adjustments in their interpersonal relationships, job performance and academic achievement.
The program is compromised of three groups: Brain Injury Life Skills Group, Advanced Life Skills Group, and Family/Caregiver Education and Support Group.
