Services for seniors and persons with disabilities. The services provided are: Information and referrals for rehabilitation, food, shelter, and treatment, Assistive Technology and Medical Equipment, Attendant Referral and Personal Assistance Services, Benefits Counseling with SSI/SSDI/Medicare/Medi-Cal, “Bob Roberts” Client Assistance Fund, Breast Cancer Benefits Planning & Assistance. Independent Living Skills Training, Individual Advocacy, Home Modifications, Housing Assistance, Peer Counseling,Systems Change Advocacy.
