Ross Valley Ecumenical Housing Association (RVEHA) Tam House
Notes
Open to single, low-income, independent adults 63 and over, who choose to live in a harmonious, cooperative, shared environment. Each resident of the Tam Houses has a private room (some rooms share a bath). Rents, including utilities, laundry facilities and free wi-fi, An additional charge per month is required for the food program (we serve healthy meals but we do not cater to special diets). Section 8 vouchers are accepted. All applicants are carefully screened. Since this is not assisted living or supportive housing, no nursing, case management or other personal support services are provided. Residents must be fully capable of living independently, keeping their rooms clean, helping with chores and living cooperatively in the company of others. Professional housecleaners tidy up the indoor common spaces twice each month.
