Randall H. Scarlett is a board member and executive committee member of the Brain Injury Association of California. He is also a past chair and current board member of the Traumatic Brain Injury litigation section of the American Association for Justice. No other law firm in California has dedicated as much of their professional and personal time to the services of those sustaining TBI.
