Notes
Provides service coordination to adult TBI survivors who reside in San Francisco county. Brainstorm is a unique, social recreation and community integration program that serves adults who have an acquired or traumatic brain injury. Brainstorm also offers employment assistance and case management. There is a long waiting list.
