Sonoma County Department of Health Services- Mental Health Services for Adults
Notes
Provides a wide range of counseling, case management and advocacy services to adults, children, adolescents and families with serious mental health issues throughout Sonoma County. The mental health programs serve seriously ill adults age 18 and older throughout Sonoma County. Services are provided by County staff, community health centers, and a network of contracted personnel.
